Global Top Employer

Last week we were named as a Global Top Employer for the fourth successive year – one of just 16 companies to receive the honour in 2021. Global Top Employer status is based on an extensive review of employer practices across topics including Talent Strategy; Performance Management and Learning & Development.

The CEI is the U.S’s foremost benchmarking survey and report, measuring corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ workplace equality. By scoring 100%, Reynolds is again designated by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation as one of the Best Places to Work for LGBTQ Equality.
